      Title: Seasoned Tilapia Fillets
 Categories: Seafood, Herbs
      Yield: 2 servings
 
      2    (6 oz ea) tilapia fillets
      1 tb Butter; melted
      1 ts Montreal steak seasoning
    1/2 ts Dried parsley flakes
    1/4 ts Paprika
    1/4 ts Dried thyme
    1/8 ts Onion powder
    1/8 ts Salt
    1/8 ts Pepper
        ds Garlic powder
 
  Set oven @ 425-|F/218-|C.
  
  Place tilapia in a greased 11" X 7" baking dish; drizzle
  with butter. In a small bowl, mix remaining ingredients;
  sprinkle over fillets.
  
  Bake, covered, 10 minutes. Uncover; bake until fish just
  begins to flake easily with a fork, 5-8 minutes.
