      Title: Caesar Chicken w/Feta
 Categories: Poultry, Vegetables, Cheese
      Yield: 4 servings
 
      4    (4 oz ea) boned, skinned
           - chicken breast halves or
           - thighs
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Pepper
      2 ts Olive oil
      1 md Tomato; chopped
    1/4 c  Creamy Caesar salad
           Dressing
    1/2 c  Crumbled feta cheese
 
  Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. In a large
  skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Brown chicken
  on one side. Turn chicken; add tomato and salad dressing
  to skillet. Cook, covered, 6-8 minutes. Sprinkle with
  cheese.
