      Title: Spicy Corned Beef Tacos
 Categories: Beef, Vegetables, Chilies, Potatoes, Breads
      Yield: 6 servings
 
      2 c  Coleslaw mix
      4    Green onions; thin sliced
      2    Jalapenos; seeded, thin
           - sliced
      1 c  Thousand Island salad
           - dressing
      2 tb Sriracha chile-garlic sauce
      2 tb Oil
      3 c  Chopped, cooked, corned beef
      2 c  Refrigerated diced potatoes
           - w/onion
     12    (6") flour tortillas;
           - warmed
 
  In a small bowl, combine coleslaw mix, green onions and
  jalapenos. In another small bowl, whisk salad dressing
  and chili sauce until combined.
  
  In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add
  corned beef and diced potatoes; cook and stir until
  heated through, 8-10 minutes. Serve in tortillas with
  coleslaw mixture and dressing mixture.
