      Title: Feta Shrimp Tacos
 Categories: Seafood, Vegetables, Chilies, Breads, Cheese
      Yield: 4 servings
 
    1/4 c  Miracle Whip Light
      1 tb Cider vinegar
      1 tb Stone-ground mustard
    1/4 ts Pepper
      2 c  Shredded red cabbage
    1/4 c  Fine chopped sweet onion
      1    Banana pepper; fine chopped
      1 lb Uncooked U-40 shrimp;
           - peeled, deveined
      1 tb Taco seasoning
      1 tb Olive oil
      8    (8") whole wheat tortillas;
           - warmed
    1/2 c  Crumbled feta cheese
           Sliced avocado; opt
 
  In a bowl, mix Miracle Whip, vinegar, mustard and
  pepper. Add cabbage, onion and banana pepper; toss to
  coat. Refrigerate until serving.
  
  Toss shrimp with taco seasoning. In a large nonstick
  skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add shrimp;
  cook and stir 3-4 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.
  Serve in tortillas; top with slaw, cheese and, if
  desired, avocado.
