      Title: Herbed Lemon Pork Chops
 Categories: Pork, Herbs, Citrus
      Yield: 2 servings
 
      1 ts Salt-free garlic seasoning
           - blend
    1/2 ts Dried basil
    1/2 ts Dried oregano
    1/2 ts Dried parsley flakes
    1/4 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Garlic powder
    1/4 ts Dried rosemary; crushed
      2    (6 oz ea) bone-in pork loin
           - chops
      1 ts Olive oil
      1 tb Lemon juice
 
  Mix seasonings; rub over both sides of chops. In a large
  nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add
  pork; cook until a thermometer reads 145+X, 5-8 minutes
  per side.
  
  Remove from heat; drizzle with lemon juice. Let stand,
  covered, 5 minutes before serving.
