MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Bacon Cheese Fries
 Categories: Potatoes, Pork, Cheese, Chilies
      Yield: 10 servings

     32 oz Bag frozen French fried
           - potatoes
      1 c  Shredded Cheddar cheese
      4    Green onions; thin sliced
      4 sl Bacon; cooked, crumbled
           Ranch salad dressing
           Sliced red chile peppers

  Cook French fries according to package directions.
  Preheat broiler. Place cooked fries on a baking sheet.
  Sprinkle with cheese, onions and bacon. Broil 2-3 in.
  from heat until cheese is melted, 1-2 minutes. Top with
  silced chile pepers.

  Serve with ranch dressing.
