MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Cheese & Herb Potato Fans
 Categories: Potatoes, Herbs, Cheese, Vegetables
      Yield: 8 servings
 
      8 md Potatoes
    1/2 c  Butter; melted
      2 ts Salt
    1/2 ts Pepper
    2/3 c  Shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/3 c  Shredded Parmesan cheese
      2 tb Each minced fresh chives,
           - sage and thyme
 
  Set oven @ 425-|F/218-|C.
  
  With a sharp knife, cut each potato crosswise in 1/8"
  slices, leaving slices attached at the bottom; fan
  potatoes slightly and place in a greased 13" X 9" baking
  dish. In a small bowl, mix butter, salt and pepper;
  drizzle over potatoes.
  
  Bake, uncovered, 50-55 minutes or until potatoes are
  tender. In a small bowl, toss cheeses with herbs;
  sprinkle over potatoes. Bake about 5 minutes longer
  or until cheese is melted.
