      Title: Swedish Meatballs w/Noodles & Sauce
 Categories: Beef, Meatballs, Mushrooms, Pasta
      Yield: 5 Servings
 
      1 c  Brown gravy mix
      2 c  Beef broth
      1 c  Fresh mushrooms; fine chop'd
    1/8 ts Ground nutmeg
      1    Recipe Classic Buffet
           - Meatballs; thawed
     12 oz Wide egg noodles
 
  In a large saucepan, combine gravy mix and beef broth.
  Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the
  mixture thickens. Add mushrooms and nutmeg. Stir in
  meatballs and continue cooking until heated through.
  
  Meanwhile, prepare noodles according to package
  directions. Serve the meatballs in sauce over hot
  drained noodles.
  
  Makes 4-6 servings.
