      Title: "Banana Bread" Bread Pudding
 Categories: Breads, Desserts, Cheese, Dairy
      Yield: 6 servings
 
      1 lb Banana bread; in 1" cubes
      8 oz Cream cheese; softened
    1/2 c  Confectioners' sugar; plus
           - more to sprinkle
      2 c  Half & half
  1 1/2 ts Vanilla extract
      3 lg Eggs
    1/8 ts Salt
 
  Set oven @ 350-|F/175-|C.
  
  Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray. Place banana
  bread cubes on baking sheet.
  
  Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until toasted, turning once.
  Place bread cubes in an 8-inch square baking dish or 6
  individual ramekins; set aside.
  
  In a large bowl, with an electric mixer, beat cream
  cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Beat in
  remaining ingredients until well mixed. Pour mixture
  over bread cubes, completely soaking them.
  
  Bake 35 to 40 minutes, or until custard is set. Sprinkle
  with confectioners' sugar and serve.
