      Title: School House Salad
 Categories: Greens, Vegetables, Dressings
      Yield: 6 servings
 
      1    Head iceberg lettuce;
           - shredded
      1 c  Shredded carrots
      1 c  Sliced celery
      1 c  Cherry tomatoes
      1 c  Green peas; thawed
    3/4 c  Ranch dressing
 
  In a large salad bowl, layer lettuce, carrots, celery,
  tomatoes, and peas.
  
  Seal top of salad and chill until ready to serve. When
  ready to serve, remove seal and pour ranch over top of
  salad.
