      Title: Broccoli & Ham Quiche
 Categories: Pork, Vegetables, Cheese, Dairy, Breads
      Yield: 6 servings
 
    1/2 c  Pancake mix
      1 ts Onion powder
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Black pepper
      1 c  Shredded Cheddar cheese
      1 c  Shredded Swiss cheese
    1/2 c  Diced ham
      2 c  Coarse chopped broccoli
           - florets; blanched
      1 c  Half & half
      2 lg Eggs; beaten
 
  Set oven @ 400ºF/205ºC.
  
  Coat a 9" pie plate with cooking spray.
  
  In a large bowl, combine baking mix, onion powder, salt,
  and pepper; mix well. Stir in both cheeses, ham, and
  broccoli. Add half-and-half and eggs; mix well. Pour
  into prepared pie plate.
  
  Bake 25 to 30 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in
  center comes out clean. Let cool 5 minutes, then cut and
  serve.
