This version found at realcajunrecipes.com Cajun Meatballs (also known as garfish or choupique balls) 1 onion, chopped 1 bell pepper, chopped 3-4 cloves garlic, chopped 3 lbs garfish meat salt and pepper to taste 1 pack of fish fry oil for frying Grind up garfish. Add the onion, bell pepper, garlic. Mix well. Form into balls. Roll in the fish fry and deep fry until golden brown. Serve alone or with favorite dipping sauce. Goes great with shrimp stew.
