      Title: Oven Roasted Potatoes
 Categories: Potatoes, Herbs
      Yield: 6 servings
 
      1 c  Oil
    1/2 ts Black pepper
      2 ts Salt
      2 ts Paprika
      1 ts Garlic powder
      1 ts Onion powder
  2 1/2 lb Red-skin potatoes; washed,
           -in 1" chunks
 
  Set the oven @ 400-|F/205-|C.
  
  In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except
  potatoes. Toss potatoes in mixture, coating evenly.
  
  Place on a baking sheet and bake 50 to 60 minutes, until
  crisp and golden.
