      Title: Cola Pot Roast
 Categories: Beef, Vegetables, Sauces, Chiilies
      Yield: 6 servings
 
      1 ts Salt
    1/2 ts Black pepper
    1/2 ts Garlic powder
  4 1/2 lb Boneless bottom round roast
      4 lg Carrots; peeled, sliced
      1 lg Onion; in half-moons
     12 oz Coca Cola
     12 oz Bottle chilli sauce
      2 tb Worcestershire sauce
      2 tb Hot pepper sauce
 
  Sprinkle salt, pepper, and garlic powder evenly over
  entire roast then place roast in a 6-quart slow cooker.
  Place carrots and onion around roast.
  
  In a medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients; mix
  well then pour over roast.
  
  Cover and cook on low setting 7 to 8 hours, or until
  fork-tender. Slice and serve topped with sauce and
  vegetables.
