      Title: Bacon Lover's Deviled Eggs
 Categories: Five, Eggs, Pork, Cheese
      Yield: 6 servings
 
      6 lg Hard-boiled eggs; peeled,
           - halved lengthwise
    1/4 c  Mayonnaise
      2 tb Shredded Cheddar cheese
      1 tb Bacon bits; some extra for
           - garnish
      1    Scallion; thinly sliced, a
           - few pieces reserved for
           - garnish
 
  In a small bowl, combine egg yolks, mayonnaise, Cheddar
  cheese, bacon bits, and scallions; mix well.
  
  Fill egg white halves with yolk mixture and place on a
  platter. Garnish with a few bacon bits and scallions.
  Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to
  serve.
