      Title: Blue Cheese Dressing
 Categories: Dressings, Dairy, Cheese
      Yield: 2 Cups
 
  1 1/2 c  Sour cream
    1/4 c  Mayonnaise
      1 tb Vegetable oil
      1 tb White vinegar
      4 oz Blue cheese
    1/4 ts Salt
    1/8 ts Black pepper
 
  Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until well
  mixed and consistency is still chunky. Use immediately
  or store, covered, in the refrigerator.
  
  Makes 2 cups dressing.
