      Title: Barbecue Chicken "Nachos" With Blue Cheese
 Categories: Five, Potatoes, Cheese, Poultry, Vegetables
      Yield: 8 servings
 
      7 oz Bag barbecue-flavored potato
           - chips
 12 1/2 oz Can chunk chicken; drained,
           - flaked
      4 oz Pkg crumbled blue cheese
      1 c  Shredded mozzarella cheese
      2    Scallions; thin sliced
 
  Set oven @ 425ºF/218ºC.
  
  Place chips on a large rimmed baking sheet.
  
  Sprinkle chips evenly with the chicken, blue cheese, and
  mozzarella cheese. Bake 4 to 5 minutes or until heated
  through and the cheese has melted. Top with scallions
  and serve immediately.
