April 24 - Pigs-in-a-Blanket Day

      Title: Pigs in a Blanket Casserole
 Categories: Five, Appetisers, Breads, Cheese
      Yield: 8 Servings
 
     16 oz (2 tubes) refrigerated
           - crescent roll dough
      2 c  Shredded Cheddar cheese;
           - divided
     16 oz Pkg hot dogs; in slices
 
  Set oven @ 350ºF/175ºC. Grease a 9" x 13" baking dish.
  
  Roll out 1 can of crescent roll dough into the bottom of
  the prepared baking dish, pinching all seams together.
  Spread 1 cup Cheddar cheese over dough, top w/hot dogs,
  then spread remaining cheese over the top. Roll the
  remaining crescent roll dough over the top and pinch
  seams together.
  
  Bake until golden brown and hot throughout, about 30
  minutes.
