      Title: Teacher Coffee Cake
 Categories: Cakes, Snacks, Dairy, Nuts
      Yield: 12 Servings
 
    1/4 c  Butter
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/2 c  Milk
    3/4 c  Sugar
      1 lg Egg
      2 ts Baking powder
  1 1/2 c  Flour

MMMMM------------------------STREUSEL MIX-----------------------------
    1/2 c  Sugar
      2 ts Cinnamon
      2 tb Flour
      2 tb Melted butter
    1/2 c  Walnuts
           +=OR=+
    1/2 c  Pecan pieces
 
  Mix first five ingredients.
  
  Stir in flour and baking powder.
  
  Prepare streusel mix.
  
  Spread 1/2 batter into 9" cake pan. Sprinkle 1/2 streusel
  over batter.
  
  Repeat with rest of batter and mix.
  
  Bake at 375ºF/190ºC for 25-30 minutes.
