MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Seafood Cocktail Sauce
 Categories: Five, Seafood, Sauces, Citrus, Chilies
      Yield: 1 1/4 cups
 
      1 c  Prepared salsa or ketchup
      1 tb (to 2 tb) Horseradish
      1 tb Lemon juice
      3 ds Hot pepper sauce *
 
  This is a basic seafood cocktail sauce, although using
  salsa in place of ketchup will give it an interesting
  twist.
  
  MIX ALL INGREDIENTS together and let stand 1/2 hour
  before serving.
  
  * I, of course, use my own "Yaaaaahhhh Hooooooo
  Aaaaahhhh Hot Sauce" and more than 3 dashes. - UDD
  
  Makes 1 1/4 Cups
