March 10: National Ranch Dressing Day

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Buffalo Ranch Dressing
 Categories: Dressings, Dairy, Herbs, Vegetables, Chilies
      Yield: 2 Cups
 
    3/4 c  Mayonnaise
    3/4 c  Sour cream
      1 tb Olive oil
      1 tb Lemon juice
      1 sm Bunch of chives
      1 sm Handful parsley leaves
      1 cl Garlic; halved
      1 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Pepper
    1/4 c  Buttermilk
      2 ts Hot sauce; more to taste
      1 tb Packed dark brown sugar
      1 tb Pple cider vinegar
 
  Throw all ingredients into a blender and mix until fully
  incorporated (about 10-15 seconds). Store in an airtight
  container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
