MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Easy Peach Crisp w/Cereal Topping
 Categories: Fruits, Grains, Desserts
      Yield: 6 Servings
 
      4 c  Sliced peeled peaches; (5
           - large)
      2 tb Firm packed brown sugar
    1/2 ts Ground cinnamon
    1/2 c  Firm packed brown sugar
    1/2 c  Flour
      3 tb Cold butter; in cubes
      1 c  Honey Bunches of Oats Cereal
           - lightly crushed
  Set oven @ 375ºF/190ºC.
  
  TOSS peaches with 2 Tablespoons sugar and the cinnamon in
  large bowl. Spoon into 8" square baking dish.
  
  MIX 1/2 cup sugar and the flour in large bowl. Cut in
  butter with pastry blender or two knives until mixture
  resembles coarse crumbs; stir in cereal. Sprinkle evenly
  over peaches.
  
  BAKE 30 to 35 minutes or until peaches are tender.
  
  Serve warm.
  
  Lightly sweetened peaches with a touch of cinnamon is the
  star of this dish. The secret ingredient is crushed Honey
  Bunches of Oats Cereal.
