MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Hash Brown Pie
 Categories: Potatoes, Pork, Cheese, Vegetables, Chilies
      Yield: 6 Servings
 
      5 lg Eggs
      5 sl (to 8 sl) bacon; crumbled
    1/2 c  Milk
      3 c  Country style hashbrowns;
           - thawed
    1/3 c  Green onion; thin sliced
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Hot pepper sauce
  1 1/2 c  Sharp cheddar cheese;
           - shredded, divided
 
  In a meduim bowl, beat eggs and milk; stir in hash browns,
  green onions, salt and pepper sauce. Stir in 1 cup of the
  cheese and half of the bacon.
  
  Pour into a greased 9 inch pie plate or quiche dish. Bake
  at 350ºF/175ºC for about 30 minutes or til the center of
  it is set.
  
  Sprinkle with remaining bacon and cheddar and bake til the
  cheese is melted on top!
  
  Makes 6 servings
