December 19: National Oatmeal Muffin Day

      Title: Irene's Power Muffins
 Categories: Breads, Nuts, Grains, Fruits
      Yield: 12 servings
 
      2 c  Dry oatmeal
      2    Scoops protein powder
           - (vanilla)
      2    Bananas
      4    Egg whites
      1 ts Baking soda
      1 tb Vanilla extract
      1 ts Cinnamon

MMMMM--------------------------ADD-INS-------------------------------
      1 c  Almonds
           +=OR=+
           Walnuts
           +=OR=+
      1 c  Raisins
           +=OR=+
      1 c  Craisins
 
  Set oven @ 350°F/175°C.
  
  Mix all ingredients together.
  
  Line a 12 cavity muffin pan with baking liners and
  divide mixture among them. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
