December 11: National "Have a Bagel" Day

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: SPAM Breakfast Bagels
 Categories: Five, Pork, Breads, Cheese
      Yield: 6 Servings
 
     12 oz Can SPAM Luncheon Meat
      2 tb Butter
      6 lg Eggs; beaten
      6 sl American cheese
      6    Bagels; sliced
 
  Slice SPAM into 6 slices (3x1/4"). In skillet, saute
  SPAM over medium heat until lightly browned. Remove
  from skillet; keep warm. In same skillet, melt butter;
  pour into beaten eggs. Cook and stir to desired
  doneness.
  
  Layer scrambled eggs, SPAM, and cheese on bagel bottom.
  
  Cover with bagel top.
