November 20: National Peanut Butter Fudge Day

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge
 Categories: Five, Dairy, Nuts, Candy
      Yield: 24 pieces

      2 c  Granulated sugar
    1/2 c  Evaporated milk
      1 pn Salt
      1 ts Vanilla
      3 tb Peanut butter

  First butter a plate and set aside. Then put sugar, milk
  and salt in a heavy sauce pan. Bring to boil. Cook to a
  "soft ball" stage.

  Then take off heat, add the vanilla, and peanut butter,
  pour on the butter plate. Let it cool then cut into
  pieces. And your family is sure to enjoy;)
