      Title: Delicious Non-Traditional Guacamole
 Categories: Five, Appetisers, Fruits, Vegetables, Salsa
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
      1 lg Avocado; pitted
      2 tb Chopped onion
  1 1/2 tb Hot salsa
      1 tb Nutritional yeast
    1/2 ts Salt; to taste
 
  Scoop avocado flesh into a bowl; mash with a potato masher
  and stir until somewhat smooth. Top avocado with onion and
  salsa. Sprinkle nutritional yeast and salt over the
  guacamole.
