      2    Avocados; peeled, pitted,
           - mashed
      3 lg Hard-boiled eggs; shucked
      2 tb Lemon juice
      1 ts Lemon pepper
           Salt
 
  Mash avocado and hard-boiled eggs together in a bowl
  until evenly combined. Stir in lemon juice and lemon
  pepper. Season with salt.
