      Title: Victor's Cuban Sandwich
 Categories: Five, Breads, Pork, Cheese, Condiments
      Yield: 1 Serving
 
      1 sm Crusty roll; cut lengthwise
           Mustard
      4 oz Roast pork; sliced
      4 oz Virginia ham; sliced
      4 oz Emmenthaler cheese
      1 lg Kosher dill pickle; sliced
           - lengthwise
 
  Slather mustard on bread, to taste.
  
  Layer on pork, ham, cheese and pickle.
  
  Grill in a sandwich press (or wrap in foil, press,
  and warm in oven at 350ºF/185ºCfor 15 minutes.
