      Title: Nacho Turkey Casserole
 Categories: Poultry, Breads, Dairy, Cheese, Salsa
      Yield: 8 Servings
 
      5 c  Lightly crushed tortilla
           - chips
      4 c  Cubed, cooked, turkey or
           - chicken
     32 oz (2 jars) salsa
     10 oz Box whole kernel corn
    1/2 c  Dairy sour cream
      2 tb All-purpose flour
      1 c  Shredded Pepper Jack cheese
 
  Set oven to 350ºF/175ºC.
  
  Place 3 cups of the tortilla chips in a greased 3-quart
  rectangular baking dish. In a large bowl combine turkey,
  salsa, corn, sour cream, and flour; spoon over tortilla
  chips.
  
  Bake, uncovered, for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with the
  remaining 2 cups tortilla chips and the cheese. Bake for
  5 to 10 minutes more or until heated through.
  
  Makes: 8 servings
