      Title: Chile Tortilla Strips
 Categories: Five, Breads, Chilies, Herbs
      Yield: 1 Servings
 
      2    (8" - 9") flour tortillas
      1 tb Oil
    1/2 ts Chilli spice mix
 
  Set oven to 350ºF/175ºC.
  
  Brush one side of two 8" to 9" flour tortillas with
  vegetable oil; sprinkle with chilli spice. With a pizza
  wheel, cut into strips and wedges. Place in a single
  layer on a very large baking sheet. Bake 12 to 15 minutes
  or until crisp.
