MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Clare's Chorizo Pasta
 Categories: Pork, Mushrooms, Vegetables, Pasta, Cheese
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
      2    Chorizo sausages; in
           - half-moon shapes
      1    Red bell pepper; in strips
    1/2 c  Mushrooms; sliced
    1/2    Onion; sliced
      1 cl Garlic; diced
    425 g  Tinned tomatos w/herbs
           Penne pasta
           Parmesan cheese to serve
 
  Saute onion and garlic. When translucent, add chorizo
  and cook.
  
  Once cooked, and a little brown, add bell pepper.
  
  Add tomatos once capsicum have softened. Add mushrooms
  when tomatoes start rapidly simmering.
  
  Cook for about 15 mins, until vegetables softened.
  Season well.
  
  Serve with penne and parmesan,
