Subj : St. Salome 04 To : All From : Dave Drum Date : Mon Aug 02 2021 13:52:52 MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Salmon Log Salome Categories: Seafood, Vegetables, Nuts, Herbs, Cheese Yield: 4 Servings 1 lb Canned salmon 8 oz Cream cheese 1 ts Lemon juice 2 ts Onion; grated 1 ts Horseradish 1 ts Liquid smoke 1/4 ts Salt 1/2 c Pecans, chopped 2 ts Parsley, chopped Drain and flake salmon. Add cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish, liquid smoke and salt; mix well. Chill for several hours. Add the pecans to chopped parsley; sprinkle them on a sheet of waxed paper.
