      Title: Oven Baked Salome Steak
 Categories: Five, Seafood, Chilies, Citrus
      Yield: 1 Servings
 
    100 g  Salmon fillet
      1    Red chile; seeded, chopped
      1 cl Garlic; mashed, minced
    1/2    Lemon juiced
      1 tb Dried basil leaves
 
  Place ingredients over the top of salmon steak. Place
  steak in aluminium foil and scrunch top of foil. Cook
  in oven @ 180ºC/350ºF for 15-20 minutes.
