      Title: I.P.A. Corned Beef
 Categories: Five, Beef, Beer
      Yield: 10 servings
 
      4 lb Corned beef brisket w/spice
           - packet
      1 tb Spicy brown mustard
      2 cl Garlic; minced
     24 oz Lagunitas Wilco Tango
           - Foxtrot I.P.A.
 
  Coat corned beef with spicy brown mustard and place,
  fat-side down, into a slow cooker. Add garlic and
  seasoning packet to corned beef; pour in beer,
  covering beef completely.
  
  Cook on Low for 8 hours. Remove corned beef from slow
  cooker and allow to rest for 15 minutes before slicing
  across the grain.
  
  COOK'S NOTE: While this recipes uses a specific IPA,
  all IPAs will be sure to add extra flavor to your
  corned beef.
