      Title: I.P.A. Honey Chipotle Slow Cooker Chicken
 Categories: Poultry, Beer, Citrus, Chilies, Herbs
      Yield: 8 servings
 
      1 lb Boned, skinned, chicken
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Black pepper
    3/4 c  Chicken broth
      8 oz I.P.A. beer
    1/2 c  Fresh squeezed orange juice
      4    Whole chipotles in adobo;
           - diced
     14 oz Can petite diced tomatoes;
           - drained
      2 tb Worcestershire sauce
      2 tb Honey
      1 tb Garlic powder
      1 ts Ground chipotle chile
      1 ts Onion powder
      2 tb Fresh cilantro; garnish
 
  Place the chicken in your slow cooker. Season with salt
  and pepper, and then add the chicken stock, IPA beer,
  orange juice, peppers, diced tomatoes, Worcestershire
  sauce, honey, garlic powder, chipotle chili powder and
  onion powder.
  
  Cover and cook for 4 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low.
  Shred the chicken with two forks.
  
  Serve on top of rice or quinoa or in tortillas.
  
  Garnish with cilantro.
  
  Enjoy!
