      Title: Pork Chops In I.P.A.
 Categories: Five, Pork, Beer
      Yield: 8 servings
 
      2 c  Ketchup
     12 oz Can or bottle I.P.A.
    3/4 c  Packed brown sugar
      8    Pork chops
 
  Set oven @ 350+|F/175+|C.
  
  In a medium bowl, combine the ketchup, brown sugar and
  beer. Mix well and pour into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  Place the pork chops over this mixture in the dish.
  
  Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour.
  
  Note: Place foil over pork chops if they start to brown
  too quickly.
