      Title: Melting Olaf

      Yield: 1 Servings
 
  1 1/2 oz Aquavit
      1 oz St-Germain elderflower
           - liqueur
    1/2 oz Fresh lemon juice
           Club soda
      1    Carrot
 
  Combine aquavit, St-Germain, and fresh lemon juice in a
  cocktail shaker. Fill shaker with ice and shake until
  outside of shaker is frosty, about 30 seconds. Strain
  into a rocks glass filled with ice and top off with club
  soda. Garnish with a carrot nose-er-stick.
  
  Note: Carrot nose/stick is mostly a joke.
