MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Corned Beef & Cabbage Salad
 Categories: Beef, Vegetables, Cheese, Sauces, Dairy
      Yield: 4 Servings

      3 c  Packaged coleslaw mix
      3 c  Baby spinach
    1/4 sm Red onion; in very thin
           - slivers
    1/2 c  Buttermilk
      3 tb Light mayonnaise
      2 ts Prepared horseradish
    1/2 ts Caraway seeds
  2 1/2 c  Chopped or shredded cooked
           - corned beef
      2 oz Sliced Swiss cheese; torn
           Croutons

  In a large bowl toss together cabbage, spinach, and
  onion. For dressing, in a small bowl whisk together
  buttermilk, mayonnaise, horseradish, and caraway seeds.
  Drizzle dressing over greens in bowl; toss to combine.
  Top with corned beef, cheese, and croutons.

  Makes: 4 servings
