      Title: Hanna's Cheese Ball
 Categories: Cheese, Nuts, Vegetables, Nuts
      Yield: 24 servings
 
  1 3/4 c  Shredded Cheddar cheese
      8 oz Neufchatel cheese
      2 tb Dried parsley
      1 tb Lemon juice
      1 tb Minced onion
    1/4 ts Liquid smoke flavoring
    1/4 ts Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 ts Salt
    1/2 c  Chopped hazelnuts
 
  Mix Cheddar cheese, Neufchatel cheese, parsley, lemon
  juice, onion, liquid smoke flavoring, Worcestershire
  sauce, and salt together in a bowl; shape into a ball.
  
  Spread hazelnuts onto a plate. Roll cheese ball in
  hazelnuts to coat.
  
  Yield: 1 cheese ball
