Subj : St. William 15 To : All From : Dave Drum Date : Fri Jul 16 2021 20:12:36 MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: William Jackson's Soup Categories: Pork, Beef, Vegetables, Potatoes, Chilies Yield: 10 Servings 1 lb Pork stew meat 1 lb Lean hamburger 30 oz (2 cans) whole kernel corn 30 oz (2 cans) sweet peas 30 oz (2 cans) carrots; drained 48 oz Can tomato juice 28 oz (2 cans) diced tomatoes; - green chilies optional but - a nice touch 8 Potatoes; peeled in big Chunks 8 oz Can chilli w/no beans (Coney - sauce) 3 tb Salt 1 tb Pepper Gather your ingredients. Cut the pork into big bite sized pieces. Brown the hamburger and the pork. Set aside. Peel and slice the potatoes in BIG chunks. In a LARGE stock pot, combine all the veggies, the can of chilli, and add the cooked meat. Cook on low....check frequently and stir.......stir, stir, stir!
