MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Asian Pork Skillet
 Categories: Pork, Pasta, Vegetables, Sauces
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
      2 tb Canola oil
     12 oz Pork; in bite-size strips
  1 1/2 c  Water
      3 oz Pkg oriental or pork-flavour
           - ramen noodles; broken
      2 c  Fresh snow pea pods
      2 md Orange, red, and/or yellow
           - bell peppers; in bite-size
           - strips
      2 tb Hoisin sauce
           Ground black pepper
 
  In a large skillet heat oil over medium-high heat. Add
  pork; cook and stir about 2 minutes or until lightly
  browned.
  
  Add the water to the skillet; bring to boiling. Add
  noodles and seasoning packet, snow peas, sweet peppers,
  and hoisin sauce. Return to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer,
  covered, for 5 minutes. Season with black pepper.
  
  Makes: 4 servings
