      Title: Bernice's Ginger Cookies
 Categories: Cookies, Snacks, Desserts
      Yield: 72 servings
 
      2 c  Shortening
      2 c  Sugar
      2 lg Eggs
    1/2 c  Molasses
      4 c  Flour
      1 ts Ginger
      1 ts Cinnamon
    1/2 ts Cloves
    1/2 ts Nutmeg
      1 ts Salt
      3 ts Soda
 
  Set oven @ 350ºF/175ºC.
  
  Cream the shortening and sugar. Add the eggs and
  molasses. Sift together the flour,ginger, cinnamon,
  cloves, nutmeg, salt and soda.
  
  Bake for 8-10 mn.
  
  Makes 6 dozen cookies.
