      Title: Classic Mojito

      Yield: 1 Drink
 
     50 ml Chairman's rum
  1 1/2    Limes; in 6 quarters
      7    Mint leaves
     15 ml Gomme syrup
           Club soda water
           Crushed ice
      1    Sprig fresh mint; garnish
 
  Fill a tall glass to halfway with crushed ice
  crushed ice.
  
  Add the rum, lime quarters, mint leaves and gomme syrup.
  Stir hard with a bar spoon
  
  Add more crushed ice, top up with soda and garnish with
  a large sprig of mint
