      Title: Watermelon Tequila Mojito

      Yield: 2 Guzzles
 
      1 c  Seedless watermelon cubes
      3 tb White tequila; or more
      3 ts Sugar
      1    Lime; more for garnish
     10    Mint leaves; bundled for each
           - drink
           Splash of club soda
           Ice
           Salt rim glass
           Garnish with mint leaves and
           - lime slices
  
  Cut lime in half and rim glasses with lime juice.
  
  On a plate pour some salt and flip glasses to coat with
  salt.
  
  Cube a full glass of the watermelon. Put cubes in
  blender and blend until smooth. Set aside.
  
  Take the cut lime and cut again in quarters. In each
  glass, muddle (mash) 4 pieces of lime, sugar and about 7
  to 10 mint sprigs and mix well.
  
  Repeat process with second glass. Add ice. Pour tequila
  to each glass.
  
  Divide watermelon juice into both glasses and splash
  some club soda (or to taste) to each glass.
  
  Garnish with lime wedges and mint sprigs. Enjoy!
