      Title: Amelia's Sausage Potato Skillet
 Categories: Five, Pork, Vegetables, Potatoes
      Yield: 2 Servings
 
      2    Fresh Italian sausage links
      1 tb Oil
      1 sm Onion; sliced
    1/4 c  (ea) sliced green & red bell
           - pepper
      2 sm Potatoes; sliced
      2 c  Water
           Salt & pepper
 
  In a large skillet, brown sausage in oil until. Add
  onion and peppers; saute until vegetables are tender.
  Add potatoes and water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat;
  cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until potatoes are
  tender. Drain; add salt and pepper.
