Significant tornadoes, very large hail, hurricane force winds, and flooding rain, are not out of the question. And, we could get a repeat performance on Tuesday into Wednesday. This mornings day 3 outlook shows a MODERATE RISK of severe weather across the Southern Plains, plus western Oklahoma and Texas on Monday. That may end up being upgraded to HIGH RISK.
