Greetings All!

After a successful build and install of 'gedlnx', I went in search of  
some documentation, which I've found in the 'manuals' directory.

Couple of questions .....

- Are these manuals current(they seem very old)
- How do I compile 'gold_ref.txt' and 'gold_usr.txt'
