IIRC, if you are using the internal editor, hit escape while editing the message... there is an option in the menu box that pops up... i know i've changed the tag line in mine before...

be aware that if you use the above method to select a tag line, it will be used for all other messages you write in that area during that session... you can still use the same method to manually select another one, though... when you go to the next message area, the random tag line selection will happen again...

if using an external editor, i don't know how to change the tag line other than to manually edit it...
