That is fine.
Golded tries to add taglines.

 RS> TAGLINE @c:\golded\tag\taglines

if you do dir c:\golded\tag what do you get?
If you do type c:\golded\tag\taglines what do you get?

You need to enter the full path and name of a textfile with the taglines.

eg c:\golded\taglines.txt
when taglines.txt is a textfile with many taglines, and the file is in the 
c:\golded directory.
